Week Twelve: Family Journal Exercise
Over the course of the week review your journal. Look through past entries, and see how those moments feel now. Make note of any entries or events that stand out to you.
In reading your notes, watch for patterns. Is there a type of behavior that appears repeatedly, or a response that does?
How are your relationships reflected in your journal? What has changed in your relationships? What has stayed the same?
Get everyone together at the end of the week and pull out your journals.
Remember, what you share from your journal is up to you.
Look through the exercises from each week. Have everyone share reflections about their experience with each week’s exercise.
As a family, answer the following questions together.
How do you all feel about deciding to take on detoxifying your home?
What have you found to be difficult in the process?
What has surprised you?
How have things improved?
Has anything gotten worse?
How has taking on detoxifying your home changed the relationships you have outside your home?
Now, as a family, make a decision. Do you stop here?
Self Diagnosis is Valid
and it’s not my fault that I’m usually right.
Repeat the first 3 months to improve skills and practice more? or
Graduate from these skills to Level 2?
Congratulations! If you’ve made it this far you’ve put quite a lot of effort into detoxifying your home. I’m very proud of you.
