Letters from the field – Palestine
Jen, your kindness truly warms my heart. 
It means so much that you’re willing to help and share our story with others, that kind of compassion keeps hope alive for us here. The situation on the ground is far more difficult than what people see online.
Every day I’m surrounded by homeless children, mothers, and fathers who depend on me for their survival. The nights are especially heartbreaking for the little ones, the tent spaces are so small and the cold is unbearable. Just today, I tried to find someone who could help me construct a bigger tent, but the estimate was far beyond my reach. I dream of building at least 5 to 10 larger tents so I can shelter more children who currently sleep outside in the cold.
Each tent costs about $775, but right now I only have $363 set aside, as most of what I get goes toward food, medicine, and basic essentials. 
Everything here is more expensive because of the closed borders, and honestly, the weight sometimes feels too heavy… but I can’t give up, not when so many lives depend on it. If it’s possible, could you maybe help us by opening a GoFundMe on our behalf? Having someone like you to manage it from outside would help us reach more kind people. I promise, every dollar that comes in will go straight to the right and most urgent causes, shelter, food, and medicine for those who have lost everything. Thank you again for your generosity, your heart, and your willingness to stand with us. You are giving us hope.

I have reached out to my team and I am waiting a consensus so that we could look at doing a GoFundMe here and manage it and then transfer those funds to a PayPal so that you can easily access those.
