Today I finally admitted something out loud: the posts that feel “too small” or “too obvious” are the ones people actually remember. Going sticky isn’t about virality — it’s about leaving little handholds across the ecosystem so people can grab on wherever they enter. A sentence, a screenshot, a micro-breakthrough. I used to think I needed polish. Turns out I needed friction.
