- This FREE app from The Human Improvement Project breaks down the brain science of how our kiddo’s brains work. Taught in manageable mini-lessons, if you have 5 minutes a day for 2 weeks, it will change your life. It saved mine.

- This Facebook group features content from incredible cycle-breakers covering all kinds of topics from parenting to self-care and anxiety management. It’s amazing how much is available. The information in this group is “organized” in the guides. You are so welcome here!
