What to Expect- Month Two
By now you’ve had time to get used to doing weekly exercises, and working through the activities and journaling.
Week 5 you’ll return to your journal with some analysis and reflection. In week 6 you’ll practice self-care and setting boundaries. In week 7 you’ll practice letting go, and in week 8 you’ll explore the DBT skill DEAR MAN to aid in interpersonal effectiveness.
