Do You See Yourself As A Leader?
Well, I’m sure as hell no follower.
That said, I can’t honestly contextualize myself as a leader either. A leader has backing. A leader has followers. I’m not interested in followers.
I’m a rogue agent trying like crazy to free followers, and improve leaders. That’s not without leadership, but it’s not the same. I’m a cycle breaker.
I speak out. I make leaders and followers alike uncomfortable. I speak the truths that shake that dynamic to the core. Just look.
